Masterplan developer, Liberty Property Trust is holding a public exhibition to update the community on our outline planning application for a new live, work, play community at North of Horsham.

The plans have been developed to ensure North of Horsham meets the needs of the local area, is delivered sensitively and to a quality the town deserves.

From the outset, Liberty committed to engaging the community on our plans and facilitating a long-term dialogue with local people. This began with an extensive programme of consultation before we submitted our planning application and will continue throughout the lifetime of the development.

Our top priority will be to make North of Horsham the best place it can possibly be and we believe involving the local community will help us achieve this. We are holding the public exhibition to give you an opportunity to view our proposals and our development team will be on hand to answer your questions and take a note of your comments. There is also still time to make formal comments on the planning application and these should be submitted direct to Horsham District Council (HDC).

Full details of our outline planning application can be accessed via HDC’s planning portal, where you can also submit formal comments on the planning application. Liberty’s application is registered with reference number DC/16/1677 and the planning portal website is: https://public-access.horsham.gov.uk/public-access/

Information on display at the exhibition will also be available from 12pm on Friday 30 September at www.landnorthofhorsham.co.uk
